ASA Technologies specialist IT Knowledge was required to manage not only the installation of the infrastructure, but also the upgrade to a world class standard for Citibank premises.
Co-ordinating technicians from India, Poland and the UK to design the new infrastructure to operate Citibank's critical banking system required an intimate understanding of Citibank's technology platform.

ASA broke the project into sub-projects and created and lead teams dedicated to change control, structured cabling management, administration and process design and management.

Managing the move from four locations into the new 12,000sqm head office facility required specialist knowledge of ASA's Migration Management team. Programme management of some 3000 line items that make up a move of this size was carried out by ASA leading team heads for each aspect of the move.
