Establishing a cellular operator in six months was the task faced by third cellular license winner Cell C.

Cell C appointed ASA as its integrated project managers to develop its business infrastructure from start to finish. This comprised a head office, a service provider centre, three regional offices and 28 retail outlets totalling some 20,000sqm of space.

ASA took single point responsibility for the co-ordination of the interior fit-out, Information Technology and Facilities Management of the new premises, allowing Cell C to focus on launching their business.

Nationwide representation was critical in reproducing the Cell C look and culture throughout the country within the short time frame.

The project was successfully completed, with offices built, and the technological infrastructure in place and operational in time to support the 400 new Cell C staff required to run a cellular operator.
